Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai Pays Tribute to Late Kushabhau Thakre, Recalls His Legacy of Simplicity, Service and Nation-Building

Raipur, August 15, 2026/ On the occasion of birth anniversary of Late Shri Kushabhau Thakre today, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai paid him heartfelt tribute. At his Raipur based residence, Shri Sai garlanded the portrait of Late Shri Thakre and remembered his enduring contribution to the nation and society.

Recalling Shri Thakre’s legacy, Chief Minister Shri Sai said his entire life was devoted to nation-building, organisational development and public welfare. Simplicity, discipline, dedication and a spirit of service defined his personality, while his conduct and working style set high standards for public life.

Shri Sai said that Shri Thakre worked tirelessly to strengthen the organisation while making service to the last person in society his foremost priority. His life and ideals continue to inspire those working in public life, he added.

Chief Minister further said that Shri Kushabhau Thakre’s birth anniversary provides an opportunity to draw inspiration from his ideals and values. Working with dedication for public welfare while keeping the national interest paramount would be the true tribute to his legacy, he said.

On the occasion, Shri Sai called upon the people of Chhattisgarh to imbibe his ideals of service, dedication and devotion to the nation, and contribute towards building a developed and prosperous India.
