Bilaspur, September 29, 2026: On the occasion of World Heart Day, the Rotary E-Club of Bilaspur United organised a special health awareness programme titled “HEART IN MOTION – Move Together, Live Healthier” at House of Pickle, Vyapar Vihar, Bilaspur. Bilaspur Collector Sanjay Agrawal and SSP Rajnish Singh attended the programme as the chief guests.

The two senior officers emerged as a major source of inspiration during the programme. Addressing the gathering, they shared their approach towards handling stress and professional challenges, saying, “We do not take tension; we always keep smiling.” Their positive outlook and ability to maintain a cheerful attitude while handling demanding responsibilities were highlighted as an inspiring message for citizens and the administrative community.

During the health session, Dr. Rajiv Lochan Bhanja, Senior Cardiologist, Elite Hospital, shared important tips for maintaining a healthy heart. He emphasised the importance of 30 minutes of daily walking, regular exercise, avoiding smoking, limiting salt and sugar intake, and getting blood pressure and blood sugar levels checked regularly.

Ms. Mayuri Kanuja, Dietitian, also addressed the gathering and shared useful information on balanced nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Senior members as well as new members of the Rotary Club participated in the programme. The event was organised with the support of Healthcare Partner Elite Medcity and Fitness Partner House of Pickle.

Rotary E-Club of Bilaspur United expressed its gratitude to Collector Sanjay Agrawal and SSP Rajnish Singh for their presence and inspiring interaction with the participants. Club President Rtn. Pramod Agrawal and Secretary Rtn. Raunak Sao played a key role in organising the programme.
